For those interested in learning and experiencing the benefits of engaging the subtle energies of their body and the energies around us.

Energetic Cleansing/Boosting

Whether you feel you are sensitive to subtle energies or not, it is beneficial to increase your awareness of when your energy is being compromised, and how this affects you over-all.
You’ll then be guided through simple exercises that teach you what you can do to transform it as self-care. These exercises may be both inner and outer exercises.
Cleansing simply refers to “clearing” your energy so you can feel more you.

Increasing Awareness of Posture and Breath

This session is similar to a private yoga session. With movements and postures of yoga and breath, catered specifically to you, to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body and anatomy. In doing so, this allows you to be more fully present, and naturally increase your awareness of how you feel.
We will create sequences for you to do on your own. You will need a yoga mat, a space to fit 2 yoga mats on the floor, and room enough for 2 people to move without obstruction, (approximately 10 foot x 10 foot).  Props may be utilized to create comfort and support your body in certain postures.
Relaxation techniques to support your well-being are included in each session.

For individuals with musculoskeletal conditions or mobility issues, yoga offers gentle movements and stretches that promote flexibility, joint mobility, and functional independence. Regular practice can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall physical function.
